Embodying Imagination

personal, ancestral, collective.

A whole-systems approach to healing, through the practice of insight herbalism and Anglo-celtic shamanism.

Sacred Fifth exists to foster healing and transformation within individuals and communities.

Through a shared exploration of self, consciousness, and the living world, we can deepen our connection to the processes of healing and individuation.

We nurture our embodied, emotional, and imaginal intelligences while reaffirming our innate sovereignty.

Shamanic healing

Shamanic healing sessions rooted in Anglo-Celtic traditions, ritual, and lore

with practitioner Ben Still

  • I was called to the healing path in 2019, following a period of solo travel during which I experienced a profound personal initiation and spiritual emergence.

During this time, I began my studies in energy healing and spent eight weeks in South India, learning Iyengar Yoga.

More recently, I co-founded Loop:Frome CIC, a community composting initiative focused on enhancing local soil health and promoting circular economics.

Currently, I serve as an Independent Town Councillor in Frome, with a strong passion for localism and systemic change.

As a writer and thinker, I explore topics such as consciousness, holistic science, imagination, process philosophy, and depth psychology.

  • I have completed two years of Shamanic healing training with Jay and Kestrel Oakwood, directors of the Bridget Healing Centre in Glastonbury.

I have also completed three years of training at the School of Intuitive Herbalism in Stroud, under herbalist Nathaniel Hughes, and continue my studies as an apprentice.

Additionally, I have undertaken courses in subtle bodywork and Reiki.

  • As a student in the early stages of my practice, I am currently seeking case studies to deepen and develop my skills.

I hold a heart-centered, gentle space and am offering my services on a donation basis. If you feel called to work with me, please get in touch.
